Does heellp replace calling 911?

No. heellp places the same 911 call you would, and sends your location and details alongside it. If you can, you still talk to the dispatcher.

What does 911 receive?

Your location and the key details you choose to add, so dispatch can send the right help faster.

What if I tap by accident?

Every call starts with a short countdown. Tap to cancel and nothing is sent.

Does it work without data?

Yes. The call goes over your normal cellular voice line. If your location can’t be sent, heellp shows your address on screen and can read it aloud.

Who can see my location?

Only the people you choose, and only when you choose.

Can I use it if I can’t speak?

Yes. heellp has a discreet mode for exactly that.
