Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of this website, heellp.com, and the heellp waitlist, both run by heellp (“heellp,” “we,” “us”). By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. The heellp app is still in development and will have its own terms when it is available.
heellp is not an emergency service
If you are in danger or need help right now, call 911 directly. This website cannot contact emergency services for you. When the heellp app is available, it is designed to help you reach 911 faster. It does not replace 911 and cannot guarantee a connection.
The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and does not create an account or any obligation to buy anything.
- Joining does not guarantee access to heellp by a certain date, or particular features or prices. Plans and pricing described on this website, including “Plus” and early access, may change before launch.
- Please join only with an email address that belongs to you.
- You can leave the waitlist at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.

Please don’t misuse the website. For example, don’t submit false or automated signups, try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
