Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information heellp (“heellp,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website, heellp.com, and the heellp waitlist, and what we do with it. It covers the website and waitlist only. The heellp app is still in development and will come with its own privacy policy before it is available.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Basic technical information that any website receives when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Our hosting provider keeps this in server logs for security and to keep the site running.
- Anonymous usage statistics, such as page views and whether a waitlist form was submitted. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
We do not ask for your name, phone number or location on this website.
How we use it
- To add you to the waitlist and email you when heellp is ready to download.
- To understand how many people visit the site and join the waitlist.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse, such as automated signups.
We will not add you to any other mailing list without asking you first.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the website and waitlist. They handle your information only on our behalf:
- Vercel hosts the website and provides our analytics.
- Resend stores the waitlist and sends our emails.
We never sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of heellp or others.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address while the waitlist is active and until you ask us to remove it or unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.
Your choices
- Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailinghello@heellp.com. We will respond within 45 days.
Security
We use reputable providers and encrypted connections (HTTPS) to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
Children
The website and waitlist are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change significantly affects how we use your email address, we will tell you by email first.
